Manage Your Energy to Maximize Your Life!
I grew up as a quiet, highly sensitive and intuitive child who always wanted to please others and do the right thing. Yet it didn’t take long for me to learn that following my own voice was often in direct conflict with keeping others happy.
At a very young age, I figured out that my intuition would have to take a backseat to pleasing others or else I would risk losing love and approval. This is when the disconnect from myself began…as well as my troubles.

In my early teens, despite being active and athletic, I became overweight. My self-esteem was low and my confidence and courage to go after what I wanted suffered. As I grew older, my feelings of restlessness and isolation grew. I spent most of my adult life looking for guidance and validation from the outside world. So I was the Good Girl, the People-Pleaser.
I did well in school, was Captain of all my sports teams, the achiever, the reliable one. This mindset also led me down dark paths including unhealthy relationships and behaviors, addictions, passionless career choices and lots of pain, suffering, regret and sadness.
It wasn’t until I was in my late 40’s that I finally realized that the affirmation, validation and connection that I wanted, would never be found where I was looking – to the world outside and to other people – on that path.
So basically my story is about a journey back to the self: about how to re-connect to your intuition and what you really want and finding out what’s best for you and then having the courage to follow it.
Whether it’s with diet and nutrition, exercise and rest, your outfit, your job, your choice of significant other or what topping to put on your hamburger at lunch(!) , I’ve learned the key is to respect other’s opinions and advice but to ultimately go within for the answers you seek.
I’ve also learned that everything, I mean…E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G…is about ENERGY and thus in order to be our best and happiest selves we must get skilled at managing our lives so that we maximize our energy.
This includes physical health components like: diet, rest and exercise; mental health components: such as our beliefs, expectations, self-talk and attention and emotional components like: self-esteem, fulfillment, contribution and faith.
Now my life’s quest has become my life’s offering: to share what I’ve learned in the hopes of alleviating other’s pain and struggle and replace it with increased levity, fulfillment and peace. This is why I created my products, eBooks, workshops, classes and events and my even my own health club!
