FOGA (Foam Roll/Yoga with Core) 

A very unique class! We combine core strengthening and toning exercises with Yoga and stretching and foam-roll mobilization for a full-body strength, flexibility and mobility workout. It’s a great way to bring balance to a well-rounded fitness routine!


Feel and flow with this smooth, authentic dance workout! Powerumba is a non-impact, dance fitness workout with a distinct, smooth and flowing methodology that starts with the very basic steps of each genre of dance (like salsa, reggaeton, merengue, samba, bachata, cumbia and soca) and slowly transitions to more complete choreographies to give you a full-body workout as well as a sense of accomplishment and the feeling of really “dancing”!

Create the long, lean, beautiful lines of a dancer in this whole-body toning workout! Hips, thighs, glutes, abs and arms…we get it all in this whole-body workout. By combining the best elements of Pilates, Yoga and Barre and traditional athletic conditioning moves we firm, shape and sculpt every amazing inch of you. You will feel more open, refreshed, toned and tightened as a result and LEAN WITH NO BULK while improving your posture and balance. The result is a beautiful, feminine body that moves with fluidity and grace. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Class performed best in socks.

We combine the best kick-butt cardio moves like old-school aerobics, calisthenics, kickboxing and easy-to-learn funky dance steps and combines them with 15-20 minutes of specific trouble spot (abs, butt, thighs and arms) toning & strengthening exercises, resulting in the ultimate fat-incinerating cardio interval training workout! Zumba® Sentao

The Zumba Sentao™ workout takes all the fun cardio dance/fitness moves from our regular Zumba™ class and fuses them with toning, strengthening and balancing exercises performed with a chair for a “prop”. Perfect for both the regular Zumba® enthusiast who want something new and to compliment their regular Zumba® Dance with Amy workouts or for the first-time Zumba™ student, because the program combines the best of Pilates, Ballet and specific toning moves to target the trouble spots (ABS, BUTT, THIGHS and TRICEPS) all done at a slower, controlled pace for a great total body workout that’ll take your fitness to another level!

Tribal Rhythms

Welcome to the Jungle! Here’s your chance to tap into your primal nature as you feel the heat, feel the beat, feel the unbridled raw passion of the Tribal Rhythms Workout! This wild cultural experience will leave you panting for more and understanding why in some countries it may be considered illegal to do this!! This is an energetic, cardio-blasting workout inspired by the rhythms of Brazilian dance, Samba, Reggae and of course, African dance. Let the tribal beat of the African Drums whisk you away to the Serengeti… imagine yourself dancing with the village chiefs, around a big bonfire, in your ceremonial best without leaving the safety of Massachusetts where there’s no danger of lion attacks!

Zumba® Gold (Basics)

The perfect combination of a workout with a learning component, Zumba® Basics, also called Zumba® Gold, takes the same exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original Zumba® workout and brings them to the active older adult, the beginner participant and anyone who thinks they “can’t dance”, yet is also wonderful for the seasoned Zumba® participant who wants to improve their dance ability or brush-up on their technique! Part lesson and part applied practice, at various points during the class we may pause to break down steps, demonstrate proper form and assist individuals with technique. Basic steps for the basic Zumba® rhythms often include: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo, Reggeaton, Cha-Cha. Absolutely no dance experience necessary!

Zumba® Toning

Zumba® Toning takes the original moves and flavor of a Zumba® dance-fitness class and adds 1 – 3 lb. hand weights or “toning sticks” (special Zumba® hand weights filled with sand that shake like Maracas) for a cardio-muscle conditioning workout unlike any other you’ve ever seen before! By combining some of the basic cardio dance steps of Zumba® with light muscle conditioning work, Zumba® Toning is a perfect complement to your regular Zumba® classes or other aerobic workouts and is sure to give you that lean and sculpted look!

Flirty Girl Fitness®

It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching!

Zumba® Kids Jr.

classes are a dance ‘n’ play party for lil’ feet where pint-sized party animals get silly, dream big and begin their journey to a healthy future. This program is where 4- to 6-year-olds just let loose and be themselves – little bundles of natural energy that are endlessly curious about new sounds and experiences! Here they can socialize, move to age-appropriate music and play games with other kids.

Masala Bhangra Workout®

You’ve probably seen it before on the Discovery Channel’s Fit TV, Exercise TV or maybe the Today Show: The Masala Bhangra Workout® is an exercise dance routine that modernizes the high-energy folk dance of Bhangra by blending traditional Bhangra dance steps and the exhilaration of Bollywood (Hindi film) moves, seen recently in the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire! The Masala Bhangra Workout® is derived from two Indian words: Masala, which means ‘spicy’ in Hindi, and Bhangra, which is a traditional folk dance from the northern state of Punjab, India. This unique dance style mixes cardiovascular exercise with the passion and history of Indian culture and is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. A fun and successful way for participants to become more physically active and stay fit, while introducing them to aspects of the Indian culture, music and dance, The Masala Bhangra Workout® is a fresh and exciting addition to the world of fitness and American culture.
