Are complex carbs really better than simple?

Check out my fun little test of the glycemic reaction my saliva has when I test white bread, whole wheat bread AND gluten-free bread…it’s amazing!

Of course I also go into a little tangent about the importance of Sea Salt (pink Himalayan is my fav) for not only getting adequate electrolytes and flavor in food but also for maintaining regularity! 😉
