Sometimes the most simple things are the most true and powerful, don’t you think?!

On episode 77, of my podcast, I have a fascinating discussion with Marilyn DuMont who shared these steps. I love this list so much because basically it can help us to be more in integrity both with ourselves and the world which will ultimately enable our lives to run much smoother and be more enjoyable too because by doing so we can start living more in alignment with our Soul!

Numbers 3, 6 and 7 are the most challenging ones for me. How about for you?
