135. Fast Friday: Gentle Affirmations for Self-Empowerment, Love and Acceptance with the Legendary Louise Hay

Life supports me in every possible way.

What matters is how I choose to react, and what I choose to believe about myself.

Louise Hay was a legendary motivational author and creator of paradigm-shaking affirmations that offer her readers an accessible path to vibrant wellness in mind, body and spirit.

Her work has been very personally impactful to me and I have many of her books on my shelves, including You Can Heal Your Life, Heart Thoughts: A Treasury of Inner Wisdom, and Embrace Your Power.

Today I will share with you some of my favorite Louise Hay affirmations. Feel free to sit back and relax- you don’t need to do anything but soak in these words. And maybe have a pen nearby just in case you’d like to jot down any affirmations that particularly stand out to you!
