What does it feel like to follow your intuition?
What are the forces that influence your journey, and how do you find JOY and PURPOSE in the process?
What do you orient to in your life, and what kind of warrior will you be?
Welcome to one of my favorite interviews of all time. Jason Prall is a health educator, practitioner, author and filmmaker. In 2018, his independent research and experience as a practitioner led him to create “The Human Longevity Project,” a nine-part film series that uncovers the true nature of chronic disease in our modern world. He’s currently working on his next film series that explores ancient methods of healing mind, body, and soul from indigenous cultures around the world. He’s recently released his best-selling new book titled “Beyond Longevity: A Proven Plan for Healing Faster, Feeling Better, and Thriving at Any Age.”
As you’ll soon hear, this conversation took us in a completely different direction than planned! Stay tuned for my upcoming interview with Jason (Part 2!), in which I plan to ask him all about his findings on how to live a thriving, healthy, fun, fulfilling functional life in our older years.
Today’s conversation has a life of its own, and it is right in line with the mission of this show. Some of the topics we cover are:
What it really means to listen to and follow your intuition and your life’s path back to yourself
The role of intergenerational trauma and collective suffering on our health and how to find trust in challenging processes
How the lunar and solar cycles influence who we are (check out Episode 161. Moon Energy: Uncovering the Biological, Cultural and Metaphysical Significance of the Lunar Cycles for more on this!)
Tips for how to empower and completely switch the energy of your reality
Why there’s no such thing as toxic masculinity and how to awaken the feminine power in us!
The difference between letting go and surrendering
Why orienting yourself versus setting a goal is more aligned with the flow of the universe
The condor-eagle prophecy (stay tuned for a fast Friday on this!)
How to know when to back off and when to push forward through challenges and obstacles
