The most successful people in the world recognize the benefits of this practice and stick to it no matter how busy they are. Your morning routine doesn’t have to be long and elaborate to work its magic!
In today’s Fast Friday, I will share an excerpt from Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss that describes Tony Robbins’ personal morning routine. Here is the outline, which I will explain in detail:
Feel gratitude for three things
Focus on the feeling and presence of god
Visualize three things you’re going to make happen today!
I will also be sharing some personal anecdotes about the busy phases of life, the importance of taking a few minutes each day to connect with nature, and the difference between attracting your desired outcome versus utilizing the law of resonance.
