My guest in this episode is Dr. Cliff Oliver of San Diego, California. Dr. Oliver has a strong background in health sciences, with a bachelor degree in nursing and doctor of chiropractic. He’s been in private practice for almost 4 decades and is co-founder of the CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Programs. Back in his college days, he shaped many surfboards and spent much time on the water. Now, in his spare time, he’s back at the ocean-but photographing the surfers.

We enjoy a wide range of topics from coping with the current pandemic, using music to heal, finding your purpose, laughing yoga, styles of breathing, The Silent Monk, learning and sharing and the 6 Foundational Principles of Health and Healing.
