Is there a high value woman in your life?

Or maybe YOU are one or at perhaps aspire to be one!

Yay, I’m all for growing, learning and striving to be all that we can be and for each of us to fulfill our innate potential. In fact, that’s a big part of the mission of this show.

I have been contemplating the qualities and attributes that result in being a person that holds her or himself in high regard. Funny thing is, this often results in others regarding us in that way too. Yet more than self-esteem or confidence, although tied to it, being a person of high value translates to self-respect, contribution and interestingly self-care.

Yet it’s rare to know of people who we might regard as being “high-value”, isn’t it? Among other things, our culture celebrates drama, shallow appearances, nudity, quick-fixes, over-sexualization immediate gratification, and narcissism. Where is the class, dignity, respect, depth and discretion?
