In this episode, I discuss the monomyth of the Hero’s journey and how it is different from the Heroine’s Journey. You will learn the 8 stages of the Hero’s Journey – a term coined by Joseph Campbell. The Heroine’s Journey is beautifully illustrated by a passage from the book “As Above So Below: Paths to Spiritual Renewal in Daily Life” by Ronald S. Miller. This passage speaks to the challenges women face when tasked with fulfilling the typical Hero’s journey; and paints a new path for women to follow that leaves them feeling fully balanced and whole.
