My favorite tip she shared was #1 What Is A Different Way To Look At Your Situation? Write down these 12 tips to keep with you whenever anxiety rises and see which ones help you the most:
1. Memorize the Following Sentence: “What Is A Different Way Of Looking At My Situation?”]
2. Walk or Take Your Dog Out
3. Drink of Lot of Water
4. Drop and Do 10 Push-Ups!
5. Think of Someone You Admire Who Looks At The Bright Side
6. Practice The Pomodoro Technique
7. Find A Mindful Activity to Ease Yourself Through Transitions
8. Clear Your Clutter
9. Read a Newspaper Instead of Watching The News or Going Online
10. Focus On Reality
11. Make A Fun Plan With People That Are Good For Your Mental Health
12. Accept Your Anxiety
