Top 10 Basic Requirements for Staying Fit and Feeling Great Each Day!

Before you pop that aspirin for a headache, drink a second cup of coffee for energy or buy that $200 dollar bottle of anti-wrinkle cream, take a look at this simple list of some of the key basic necessities required for the health and fitness of your body, mind and spirit.

If you do all of these on the regular, WATCH OUT, you might just get super fit and happy in the process! 😉

Based on my 30 years of experience in the health, wellness and personal development field, I have found that although they are not fancy, they WORK as often times it’s the simplest of things that do.

My 10 Components of Health and Happiness Each Day:

✅ Take 4 deep breaths of fresh, clean air every day.
✅ Drink 1/2 your body weight in pure, filtered (non-tap) water/day.
✅ Get direct sunlight on your skin and in your eyes every day.
✅ Practice grounding and get outside in nature! You’ll love it! Get your bare feet on the Earth.
✅ Ensure you’re getting adequate rest and sound sleep.
✅ Have a positive mindset, feel your feelings and learn from them.
✅ Eat a natural, whole-food, organic and varied diet that’s right for your unique needs and body.
✅ Make sure you move your body in a way it was designed to move: always with good posture, alignment, core function and mix of flexibility,mobility, balance, strength and cardio.
✅ Do something fun that feels like “play”, and do it often!
✅ Have someone or something in your life that you can love fully and loves you back…no matter what!

How did you do?

Can you check off all 10 on the list? Don’t worry, I can’t always either! If you only can check about 2 or 3 items on the list, take heart, that’s a great platform to jump off of! Maybe just try to add one addition one per week.

If you can check off all ten items, congratulations! You have managed to organize your life so that you can enjoy a high level of health, happiness and vitality. In addition, you have DRAMATICALLY reduced the chances that you will need to pop some sort of prescription drug or pill any time soon!

If you commit to just add one of the items on the list each day, I guarantee within 5 to 10 days that you too will start feel better.
