Cultivating Confidence…or Sex Appeal!

There’s a crisis in our culture today. A crisis of women and their confidence!

 

Since I’m all about helping you shine your light as bright as possible and to help make you feel good about yourself, I thought I’d share with you a great little study I found conducted by the Korean car company KIA, on factors that make people feel confident.

The study found that 20% of women and 15% of men claim that confidence comes from within.

Interesting…I’d have thought this would have been higher.

Regardless, the bottom line is we have to make it a priority to do the things in our lives that make us feel good – and without guilt, shame or judgement because we are living magnets for the energy we put out into the world and thus draw back to ourselves more of the same.

So rock those Manolo Blahniks! Go get a blow out or maybe a spray tan and watch the ripple effect of good things you attract back to you.
