Emotional Fitness: The Key to Being Fit Forever!

You try to eat right, exercise and be a good person, but when do you actually press the “Pause” button and take a moment to get clear, connect with your Higher Self, your dreams, your goals and your aspirations as well as connect with other like-minded sensitive, amazing women? 

You know, just “the girls”?

I know, I know, you’re “so busy”…but if you’re like me you will always be busy!

I get it. It’s tough.

There are so many demands on your time and energy- kids, jobs, housework, chores, social obligations, etc. but when do you take a little time FOR YOU? You see, you can do all the physical stuff right: exercise regularly, eat nutritious, wholesome meals, sleep well, etc but if you don’t take the time to get your head right and meet your emotional needs you will constantly feel like it’s a “battle”, a struggle, a continual game of one step forward, two steps back.

Because our society doesn’t really make all this easy, does it?

That’s why I’ve created a women’s group called: Awakening Your Divine Feminine (we affectionately call ourselves Chicks Who Rock!) – so women could have a fun, safe place to go to have some time just for them.
