The Hunger Scale is an easy, low-tech and super effective way of helping you not only lose weight but stay lean and with high energy to boot. Best of all, the Hunger Scale helps you get out of your head and into your body (where so many of us live when it comes to food and eating!) and help you learn how to connect with your body and understand it’s physical symptoms, “language” and what it’s telling you.
