– tossing all the rancid vegetable oils
– all soy products
– sugar-filled stuff
– artificial sweeteners, ingredients and chemicals
– expired products
– old, opened food
– and trigger foods and foods you “just can’t stop at one” foods
*Please don’t underestimate the POWER of your choices from meal to meal. Like I always say:
“You are only one meal, one workout or one thought away from feeling better!”
