Hi Sucker for Salt,
Cravings are usually an indication of the body needing some sort of missing nutrient. SALTY CRAVINGS are often a symptom of either adrenal fatigue or a trace mineral/electrolyte deficiency.
But please don’t just “pop pills” and consume those nasty, artificial and chemical-loaded “sports/electrolyte drinks”!
Instead, make sure you are getting enough water (1/2 your body weight in ounces per day minimum) and perhaps try adding a little high-quality, organic Celtic Sea Salt to your diet.
Another good idea is to start fueling your body with one of my personal favorite super green drinks: Vitality Super Green – it’s real food and LOADED with great stuff including probiotics, algae, amino acids and enzymes.
