Here’s what I’ve learned on how to deal with stress, burnout and anxiety:
- Get CLEAR on your values and vision
- Establish firm emotional and personal boundaries
- Prioritize time for your needs
- Schedule white space in your calendar for unexpected delays, things taking longer than you thought, just to “be”, so you can “piddle” and not rush
- Learn to truly enjoy the actual journey and not having Destination Addiction
