How I Deal With Stress, Anxiety and Burn Out!

I got asked today how I deal with stress, anxiety and burn-out, especially as a business owner/entrepreneur so I thought I’d share my answer with you in hopes it might help you as well!

Here’s what I’ve learned on how to deal with stress, burnout and anxiety:
  1. Get CLEAR on your values and vision
  2. Establish firm emotional and personal boundaries
  3. Prioritize time for your needs
  4. Schedule white space in your calendar for unexpected delays, things taking longer than you thought, just to “be”, so you can “piddle” and not rush
  5. Learn to truly enjoy the actual journey and not having Destination Addiction
