How I Learned To Be “Enough”!

Hey what do you say we all stop telling ourselves that we are not “enough” of something? 💁‍♀️Like good enough, smart enough, thin enough, young enough, strong enough or beautiful enough!

HERE’S HOW I LEARNED TO BE ENOUGH:⠀

✅ Catch your negative self-talk and shut that &!$% down! Even if we don’t realize it, negative self talk CAN have an effect on what we are attracting and creating in our lives and how we feel. If you are constantly putting yourself down and not giving yourself a break, or the loving compassion your Spirit needs when necessary, it’s only a matter of time before you find yourself in a funk; feeling unhappy with your life and playing small and less than others. ⠀

Life is about learning and growing so we can reach our innate potential and be all we can be…BOOM!.💥 Not about being perfect, approved of by others or even fitting in. Until we learn to honor and respect ourselves first, loving who we are, we will never, EVER “be enough” for the world and we sure as heck won’t be happy or fulfilled. ✅So please remember to be kind to yourself and like I say to my students and clients: “Be your own best cheerleader!”…and then your unique magnificence can SHINE for all to see! 🌟🌟🌟⠀
