Is Your “Healthy Diet” Working? Are Your Symptoms “Normal”?

If you find yourself tired all the time, always hungry and have crazy cravings for carbs and sweets try decreasing the amount of fruit, grains and dairy you eat for a few days and see if that makes a difference!

Being healthy, fit and feeling great is all about listening to your body and what works for you AT ANY GIVEN TIME…and keep in mind this changes over time!

Your body, and any “symptoms”, such as the ones listed above, will TELL YOU if what you’re doing is working or not. For example, fruit, grains and dairy can be “good for you”…but only under the RIGHT CONDITIONS! All too often I see people not getting the results they want due to what they think is “eating healthy”, but it’s just not working! REMEMBER THIS: When you eat and how much you eat is just as important as what!!!!

You must learn how to get this right or you will never achieve your goals. I can also tell you, from PERSONAL experience, even with my HIGH ACTIVITY level and crazy-mega-fat-burning Zumba classes, when I notice a few extra pounds, low energy, cravings, bad moods, etc.. it’s always b/c I am screwing up this principle. After over 20 years in this industry, I have finally figured out WHAT WORKS FOR ME and now it’s my joy to share it with all of you!
