Hello Friends!
July is here! I’m loving the warm sunshine and outdoor vibe and I sure hope you are too!
Here are my favorite products this month. Hope they help you as much as they have helped me 🙂
Let me know!

1. The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto
This book is an absolute classic for the library of any health professional or enthusiast – especially anyone interested in the mind-body connection!
It features the groundbreaking work of Dr. Masaru Emoto a Japanese scientist, who, by using high-speed photography, discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns.
It’s a beautiful example of how our thoughts, words and feelings can directly influence things (in this case water) – which of course has huge implications 🙂
2. Miracle Noodles
Easy, delicious and healthy! These low- or zero-calorie “noodles” are made from a traditional plant called the konjac plant and can be used just about any way regular pasta can…but with no carbs/sugar and NO GUILT!
I like the fettuccine, spaghetti and angel hair versions the best and usually pan-sear them with organic ghee and add to my fresh veggies or main entree!
Give them a try and let me know how YOU prepare them 🙂
3. Doorway Pull-Up Bar
Perfect for the days I miss a workout or need a break from endless hours of office work – I love my doorway pull-up bar!
It’s so simple yet effective. All I do is prop it up over any doorway door frame, and either do just a “dead-hang” to stretch my back or, when I’m feeling a little more ambitious, I try to actually bust out a few pull-ups! haha, YES SIR! 😉
Remember what I always say in my coaching calls or at my classes: In this busy day and age, we have to sneak in what we can for health and fitness. “Something is better than nothing” because it all adds up! If you do “a little bit of something a lot of times, before you know it, you have a lot of something”!
So whether it be with a home pull-up bar like this, or something else that works for your life, I encourage you to give this idea a try and remember to not dismiss the small efforts!
Please let me know how it goes, I care 🙂
