Being healthy and fit is a lot more than just eating clean and working out – it also requires that we live in harmony with nature and it’s laws by making sure we include regular exposure to natural (outside) light, fresh air and grounding to the Earth.
You see, it’s not just about eating salads instead of pizza and exercising like a fiend. Our bodies run on electricity so to feel and look our best, we have to make sure our “frequency” is optimal!
The human body has more than 100 biological rhythms that operate in sync with your environment. These rhythms determine your heart beat, your breathing rate, the transport of nutrients, hormones and neurochemicals as well as your sleep-wake cycles, your energy levels and your mood.
Here’s What I Recommend:
1. Make it a regular part of your lifestyle to get OUTSIDE every day to get direct sunlight on your skin and in your eyes.

Not only will this harmonize and balance your circadian rhythm, sleep-wake cycle, hormones and neurotransmitters, it will also help down-regulate your stress response, reduce belly fat and support happy feelings!
2. Make sure you put yourself in a positive, inspirational, uplifting and supportive environment with people and surroundings that help promote these feelings. Bad energy and negativity is TOXIC to the body-mind and is just as harmful to you as eating garbage food or sitting on the couch for 3 months!
