My head has been SPINNING lately!😵Honoring the need for our sacred pause🙏🙏🙏

As the Summer months end and a new season starts I know we are all busy with multiple things pulling on our time and attention that come with any transition.

I know some days my head is spinning!

I’ve been struggling lately to know what the best things are to put my time and energy into. I mean, ideally I want to put my time and energy into things that will actually MAKE A DIFFERENCE – don’t you?!

So to help me combat the tendency to feel overwhelm or feel like it’s “Ground Hog Day” every day or even just feeling the plain old sticky BLAHS, I’ve found it’s CRITICAL that no matter how busy I tell myself I am, that I take just a small, but focused amount of time on a regular basis to STOP THE CRAZY and settle down into myself to tune out the world and tune in to ME.

Maybe your feel the same way, which is why I started the online Monthly Women’s Circle for women like US!

And I’ll also mention that the older I get, the more I realize that it’s important that women cultivate not only this time with and for OURSELVES but also with other women, in community.

So the Women’s Circle, or Moon Circle Sisters as I like to call us, meets once a month for about an hour in the comfort and convenience of your own home. It’s a beautiful, casual and loving space to connect with yourself and other amazing like-minded, soul-full women. Plus I also share much of my work and findings as well as teach  ancient practices of the feminine and women’s mysteries that women have practiced in circle  together since the beginning of time.
