The Zumba SentaoTM workout takes all the fun cardio dance/fitness moves from our regular Zumba class and fuses them with toning, strengthening and balancing exercises performed with a chair for a “prop”.

The result is a grat total body workout that is particularly awesome for your core and to kick-start your metabolism!

Perfect for regular Zumba enthusiasts who want something new or to compliment their regular Zumba Dance with Amy workout or for the first-time Zumba student, because the program combines dance and fitness with traditional toning moves like squats, lunges, and crunches that are done at a slower, controlled pace.
