Not Making Any Traction Despite Your Best Efforts?

You know, it’s funny, I’ve been in the health and wellness space for pretty much all of my adult life and although it’s always so wonderful to witness people’s progress, triumphs and life-changing breakthroughs, over the years people have also shared with me their personal stories, secret struggles, pain, fears and challenges.

Although the details can vary, most of us struggle with the same core things when it comes right down to it and we all have them – EVERY SINGLE PERSON!
Things such as:

  • Guilt and/or shame
  • A deep-seated feeling of unworthiness
  • Feeling inadequate in some way – not good enough in some situation
  • A sense of “lack” or “missing something” in some area of life
  • Isolation – at the end of the day, no one truly knows and accepts who you truly are (at a core level)

Do any of these feel familiar?

I know I’ve felt all of them myself at one time or another and pretty much everyone I’ve ever met has found that when they really dig deeper into what’s going on with them, one, or even several of these factors are at the root of the feeling or situation. 🌟

But my friend, the thing is, if left unresolved, these feelings will prevent you from having the life you want.

And that means having things such as:

  • The dream relationship
  • The healthy beautiful body
  • The fulfilling career
  • The confident, creative mindset

Yet the tricky thing is most often these factors and deep-seated emotions are unconscious – so we often don’t even realize they are there driving the bus!
So if you find that despite of your best efforts, you just can’t seem to make traction in some area of your life, or you self-sabotage, or just feel like you don’t know what you’re doing wrong and are ready to give up, the above listed factors can be behind it.
