1. My Tai Chi Ruler!
I just love my new Tai Chi Ruler which I use during my new daily practice of Tai Chi!
I’ve committed to performing one full “Gong”, which is100 days in a row of Tai Chi, to help build my internal life force ENERGY and enhance my natural biorhythms, sense of inner calm, peace and intuition. So far I’m about 5 weeks in and I’m 100% HOOKED!
This ruler was made by the CHEK Institute and is beautifully shaped to be symmetrical to stimulate the heart meridian in each hand during meditation. You can use this Chi Stick with Primordial Rocking and the Micro-Cosmic Orbit Practices (which is what I do!)
- Tai Chi is perfect if your mind is overly stimulated and won’t calm down.
- When your muscles and joints sore from exercise.
- If you are emotionally stressed.
- You just want to connect with yourself and plug in
- Or if you are in pain or too de-conditioned to comfortably move through a “more typical” exercise routine.
2. Pure Effect Home Water Filtration System
Drinking enough water is an essential component of not only good health, but also energy and wellness. In fact, it’s so important, I include it as one of my TOP Foundational Principles of Fitness!
Yet unfortunately, what many consider “water” is actually a cocktail of synthetic and organic contaminants that do not belong there, and due to outdated water quality laws, water treatment plants aren’t required to remove this onslaught of modern day contaminants. In fact, often the disinfection & treatment process itself introduces even more chemicals (chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, anti-corrosives, scale inhibitors and others) into the processed water!
That’s why having a home filtration system is not only necessary, but convenient, and now it’s economical too with this brand I found!
I love it!! It’s simple to install on your countertop and the water tastes clean and wonderful!
3. My At-Home Paint Set
When was the last time you giggled or felt like a little kid?!!
Well, if you’re like me, it’s probably waaayyyy overdue but don’t worry, I got just the thing: PAINTING!
Yup. You know emotional and mental wellness is just as important as physical (because it’s all connected), so isn’t it about time you let your inner kid out to play and do something that will help her or him express her or himself! :)And please DON’T WORRY if you are not Picasso – NEITHER AM I – being “good” or “not good” at painting or what you create is not the point. What is the point is engaging the OTHER HALF of your brain – the right side – which is your home of intuition, creativity, feelings, imagination, rhythm and emotions and give that part of you a chance to express itself…for you to be more of you! 🙂
