1. Animal-Wise: Understanding the Language of Animal Messengers and Companions, by Ted Andrews

In this 10 year anniversary edition of his best selling and award winning book on animals, Animal Speak, Ted Andrews expands upon the the fascinating role that animals and nature play in our lives and the planet at large. I love how Ted reminds us that nature speaks to us every day but we have forgotten how to listen. This book gives practical tools and tips on understanding the meaning and language of animals and how to interpret the signs of nature. It’s become one of my go-to reads in my library!

Also includes sections on animal guardians and messengers and how to awaken the inner totem pole.

2. Julian Bakery ProGranola Cereal – Vanilla Cluster

Julian Bakery has done it again with their yummy (and healthy) Paleo Granola Cereal! This amazing Vegetarian and Paleo high protein Paleo cereal puts the crunch back in your food plan without setting you back. It’s keto-approved, soy free, gluten free, grain free, low carb, and delicious!

3. Sage Smudge Stick

For some time now, I’ve been loving the simple yet powerful practice of burning a sage stick to help clear negative energy and improve my mood.

Native American cultures have traditionally burned sage to help cleanse a space or environment of negative energy. It is also know to help promote wisdom and clarity, and to facilitate healing and higher intuition.

I just love the smell and my clients and students do too as almost everyone at my monthly Healing Circle Experiences ask to have their energy cleared. All you have to do is light the stick and allow the smoke from the herb to pass over your body and skin…and of course it helps to think good thoughts and intentions to increase the effect! 🙂
