Well gang, the 2nd annual Zumba® Instructor Convention proved to be even bigger and better than last year! For four jam-packed days, I networked, brainstormed, listened to Keynote speeches, laughed, learned, shopped and partied and danced, danced, danced with Beto and 2000 other Zumba-Crazy Instructors from all around the world.
Words cannot accurately describe the feelings we experienced at this year’s convention, but here are some that come to mind: fantastic, awesome, surprising, fun, hilarious, touching, action-packed, enlightening, exciting, sexy, entertaining, emotional, exhilarating, educational, amazing, thrilling, INSPIRING!!
2nd annual Zumba® Instructor Convention
In addition to brushing up on my Samba, Bellydancing, Tango, Flamenco, Quebradita, Masala Bhangra and of course, Salsa technique, I also obtained certification to teach the brand new Zumbatomic® Kids Zumba program. So that means I am now licensed to teach 5 types of Zumba® classes: Zumba® Basics 1 & 2, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Toning and now Zumbatomic®.
PLUS, I got to meet world-renown fitness expert Kathy Smith and I jammed to Bhangra Beats with Masala Bhangra Workout creator Sarina Jain!

Now that I’m back in Massachusetts, I am pumped to share all this hot new stuff with you! So lace up your dance sneakers and get off the couch because we are going to have a fun and exciting fall!
