The Fitness Model Workout (FMW) is designed to get you toned and tightened in all the right places. This one-time Master Class is 45 minutes and will consist of body weight exercises, plyometrics, and conditioning exercises with light hand weights.
The circuit format will ensure that you will be burning maximum fat and calories in less than an hour.
