My Top 5 Books of 2021…So Far!

If you know me well you know I’m an constant learner and seeker of wisdom.

That means I’m always reading a dozen or so books at any given time – in fact, I actually imposed upon myself a “book-buying-ban” because it seems like I’m buying new books to study faster than I can read any of them!

Sound familiar?

Although there are DOZENS of books I’d love to recommend to you that have significantly impacted the way I think and live, I thought I’d share 5 of the top books I’m loving right now in the hopes you might love them too.

If you resonate with any of them too, please reach out and let me know! I always love hearing from people in flesh and blood – you know, REAL, human to human connection the old fashion way?! Just email me amy@amyfournier.com or DM on Instagram or YouTube.

Enjoy,

xx,

Amy

1. As Above So Below: Paths to Spiritual Renewal in Daily Life, by Ronald S. Miller

This book is almost like a mini-encyclopedia of spiritual reference!

Biggest Take Away: There’s a whole world out there of information to help elevate, heal and inspire you to wellness.

2. The Healing Power of the Sacred Woman; Health, Creativity, and Fertility for the Soul, by *Christine Page, M.D.

*From one of my favorite mentors!

Biggest Take Away: This book is a wonderful synopsis of the origins of the sacred feminine that is in all of us but particularly in all women that made me feel both shocked and angry that we are never taught this stuff *and Dr. Page was on my show!

3. Deep Nutrition: Why Your Genes Need Traditional Food, by Catherine Shanahan, M.D.

This is no light read, but if you want a deep dive into the powerful (and empowering!) effects of food on our mind, body and more, than this one’s for you!.

Biggest Take Away: Impressively researched and vetted, Dr. Cate does it again by educating us in both an effective and entertaining way. This book is a vast collection of nuggets of useful information that you can apply to your diet and life immediately! I particularly like the sections on Dynamic Symmetry, birth order, prenatal nutrition, the epi-genome and PUFFAS (polyunsaturated fatty acids and how terrible they are!)

4. Animal Speak; The Spiritual & Magical Powers of Creatures Great & Small, by Ted Andrews

An absolute classic and must read for any animal or nature lover!

Biggest Take Away: Ted Andrews shares his life’s passion and work with us by explaining and showing how nature and animals can be not only our best teachers but also most powerful portals for self-knowledge, guidance, connection and peace.

5. The Quantum Revelation; A Radical Synthesis of Science and Spirituality, by Paul Levy

A great place to start in your journey for understanding the universe, energy, science and spirituality.

Biggest Take Away: Hard to pick one as this was a HUGE eye (and heart!) opener for me. Blows the doors off of the “science” we where taught in school and introduces and sheds light on the principles of the universal field, potentiality, manifestation and matter, the power of beliefs and dreams and the subconscious influence.

So there you have it! I hope you enjoy and I’d love to hear of what books YOU’RE loving this month! Feel free to send me an email at amy@amyfournier.com or a message on YouTube or Instagram at @FitAmyTV.
