Tips for Getting Un-Stuck!

Have you ever felt stuck and uninspired?

I’ve found myself in that place several times in the past and through difficult inner conversations and GETTING BRUTALLY HONEST (and a few good cries!), I’ve developed ways to “un-stick” myself that I now revert to time and time again.

So if you are feeling stuck, like things are just not moving and kinda “flat”, I invite you to go somewhere quiet, preferably in nature (with no phone) and ask yourself some tough but important questions.

I also urge you to have the courage to be brutally honest – otherwise it’s not even worth your time.

Here’s a few questions to ask yourself. The answers can spark the re-ignition of your soul and spirit. Just be sure to DROP DOWN out of your head and into your heart as you ask yourself:

💕 What am I missing?

💕 Do I feel fulfilled?

💕 Am I finding joy daily?

💕 Am I taking care of myself?

💕 Have I rested lately, not just physically but mentally?

💕 Am I placing blame on others or making excuses for my situation?

💕 *Am I taking a pause to let myself CELEBRATE any wins/successes?

*This one’s my favorite because it’s the hardest for me!

A lot of times we find ourselves thinking we’re missing something tangible. We seek things or situations outside of ourselves and place too much emphasis on our happiness being contingent on them.


Maybe your masculine energy is taking up too much space and you’re finding yourself pushing yourself constantly and always trying to be “productive” and therefore crowding out space for your intuition, Higher Self and outside forces to come into play (which is your feminine energy and the other half of you!)

I can tell you this….

I have found that what has helped me is when my distress is replaced by my own self-empowerment and that empowerment requires balanced masculine and feminine forces within.

Here are some tips I discovered that I can share with you:

🦋 Feeling “joy” is a HABIT that can be created with conscious effort and mental training…just like all habits.

🦋 Fulfillment is not a destination but a journey. It’s about doing the right small things everyday that will keep you present and taking baby steps toward your desires.

🦋 You can take care of yourself in easy ways, a 10 minute walk outside, a home-prepared meal, having hard rules about frequency of social media use and technology, or saying “no” when you feel pressured to say “yes”.

🦋 And one of the most important things is ALWAYS, no matter what, accepting yourself with unconditional love, without blame, without judgement and recognizing that we have the power to change our circumstances with the next thought, choice, commitment to do so!

I hope you find something that helps you here and I hope you know that it’s OK to feel stuck – we ALL do! – but know that you can help yourself.
