What I Learned from Oprah

I am so incredibly humbled and grateful for the amazing opportunity to meet and learn from Oprah Winfrey.

At her Live The Life You Want Tour, Oprah and her team of leading edge holistic health and self-help experts inspired, informed and entertained a huge crowd of thousands this past October.

I’ve always admired Oprah for her courage, strength, compassion, generosity, spirituality and open-hearted style of living and her life of service to others. That’s why I feel so incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend a weekend with her and to hear her wisdom, advice and guidance on how all of we can live a more fulfilling and joyful life.

… and now, of course, I want to share all I’ve learned with you!
