What I’m Obsessing Over This Month: February!

1. Bush Flower Essences: Abundance
I recently discovered the wonderful and healing world of Flower Essences on my last trip to California with work with my mentor and coach, Paul Chek and now I’m a believer!

Australian Bush Flower Essences are a range of unique formulations designed to unlock your full potential, resolve negative beliefs and create emotional health and wellbeing.
I use this particular blend, Abundance, which aids in releasing negative beliefs, family patterns, sabotage and fear of lack. In so doing, it allows you to be open to fully receiving great riches on all levels, not just financial. Easy to Use: Just 7 drops under the tongue and BOOM!
Take a look at the list below if you think you might want to give it a try:
Negative Condition:
  • Pessimistic
  • Closed to receiving
  • Fear of lack
  • Poverty consciousness
Positive Outcome:
  • Joyful sharing
  • Belief in abundance
  • Clears financial sabotage patterns
  • Universal trust
2. Hu Paleo Vegan Crackers
Keto Friendly, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Low Carb, No Added Oils, No Refined Starches!
LOVE this new company and brand I found whose mission is in alignment with mine!:)
The folks and HU are all about GETTING BACK TO HUMAN and their goal isn’t to just get by. They believe in living actively, aging gracefully, and to flourish. In fact they started Hu to help people get back to eating, living, and thriving like humans….BRAVO!
I like to eat these crisply baked mini crackers with my salad or even on their own when I’m needing a yummy but healthy crunch. They are made with unique blend of almond, whole cassava and coconut flour and with: NO Gluten, NO Grains, NO Refined Starches, NO Sunflower Oil, NO Dairy, NO Seed/Vegetable Oils, NO Corn, NO Rice, NO Soy
Give ‘m a try!:)
3. Food and Behavior; A Natural Connection, by Barbara Reed Stitt
What a powerful and fascinating book by Dr. Barbara Reed Stitt, a former Ohio probation officer for 20 years and former co-owner of Natural Ovens, a pioneering whole bakery, regarding her experiences with whole food diets and how they improved criminal and childhood behavior problems!
If you’ve ever wondered about the powerful and direct effects of food and nutrition, this one’s a must-read for you!
Dr. Reed Stitt goes into the natural connection between what people eat and the biochemistry of the brain which can often lead to serious addictions and behavior problems. Hopefully more health care and mental health professionals will get on board and study work such as this so we can help more people and provide relief and improved happiness in the world.:)
